Special Meeting call to order: 12:01  a.m.

Approve minutes

Approve minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of July 24, 2025.

Trustee Bowman motioned to approve, Trustee Exstrom seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Recommendations for Action

• Action item a. Approval of the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027)

Following ratification by the classified staff membership at Highline College and per the recommendation of Highline College President John R. Mosby, Trustee Bowman moved to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Washington Public Employees Association and Highline College, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Trustee Bowman motioned to approve, Trustee Exstrom seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
