The Equity, Diversity, and Transformation (EDT) Division is charged with embedding equity in everything we do at Highline College. Below are updates of the ongoing work.

Core Theme 1: ACCESS, Reduce Barriers and close equity gaps to access for all community members

• In partnership with Education Northwest, Institutional Research collaborated with Highline’s Support Center and ITS to gather student feedback via a “Life in College” survey. 573 responses were collected, providing us with valuable input on how students are meeting or struggling to meet basic needs while attending Highline.
