Trustee Swenson motioned to approve, Trustee Bowman seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

- Associated Students of Highline College, DeVoni Young
Spoke to recent community events such as the Q Boutique Fashion Show, a GSA Halloween event, opening of the new Ground to Tree Coffee. Spoke to upcoming events such as Black & Brown, Legislative Breakfast, and upcoming athletic events including men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, and winter quarter events.
Future goals include ASHC involvement in celebrating the arts, story time for student parents.

- Faculty Senate, Sangeeta Sangha
Revised the Senate Constitution, first time since 1999. It is scheduled to be presented to faculty, if approved it will come to the Board of Trustees for action. Currently discussing OERs and the benefits to students in terms of cost savings. Also speaking on how to use generative AI. Currently discussing the first week non-attendance policy and what it means to attend 60% of classes in the first week now that so many classes are hybrid or online.
