Alternatively, persons wishing to testify can sign up in the chat box of the Zoom meeting prior to the start of the meeting. The chat box will open at 9:55 a.m. to begin accepting sign-ups.

Testimonies will be limited to three minutes. Those who sign-up to speak will be individually called upon by the Chair.

Board report

There is no scheduled board report for the December 10, 2020 General Session due to Governor’s Proclamation 20-28.12 amending the current requirements and expectations under RCW 42.30 Open Public Meetings Act. OPMA meeting business is currently to be limited to those matters that are either (1) necessary and routine, or (2) necessary to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak and the current public health emergency.
