Opportunity for public comment
In an effort to streamline virtual public meetings, the Highline College Board of Trustees will be accepting testimony both in written and spoken format. Those able to submit their testimony in written format prior to the meeting are strongly encouraged to do so. Written testimonies are due to Interim Board Secretary, Amy Snydar (asnydar@highline.edu), by close of business day June 10, 2020. Written testimonies will be read aloud during the open testimony portion of the meeting. All testimonies, written and spoken, will be limited to three minutes. Those who prefer not to submit their testimony in advance will have an opportunity to speak during the public testimony portion of the meeting. Sign-ups for spoken public testimony will open via the chat feature of the zoom meeting beginning at 8:50AM and will close promptly at 9:00 AM for the start of the meeting.
