Approve minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of November 9, 2023

Trustee Johnson motioned to approve, Trustee Swenson seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

  • Associated Students of Highline College – None
  • Washington Public Employees Association – None
  • Highline College Education Association – Dr. James Peyton: HCEA just had officer elections for 24-25 term. Dr. Peyton was reelected as president. Legislative breakfast, climate justice week, office hours for Math Resource Center have all been successful. There is going to be a tech support person hired for students. Looking forward to finding solutions for B18 faculty offices. Special thanks to Public Safety for empathetic support for presentation on active shooter information.
  • Faculty Senate – None
  • Highline College Foundation – Sharon Vail: Thunderbird Soar experiences are ¾ of the way completed. Wreath sale for women’s programs is going well. Sending out holiday greetings to donors. April 19 is the next Legends Luncheon (retirees).
