- Request from Dr. Mosby to move the December meeting to allow an in-person holiday celebration following the general session. Would like to align the meeting with finals. May ask at a later time for motion to reschedule the December meeting.

- Associated Students of Highline College: Mya Leonard
- Kevin Pham selected as S&A Budget Committee representative. Anticipate appointing a full budget committee by the end of quarter.
- Legislative event scheduled to occur in January, final event details to come.
- Student engagement survey results showed that the majority of students currently prefer to engage virtually with events and activities.
- Winter quarter Thunderweek will be tabling week of January 10th Involvement fair will occur on January 11th (virtual).

- A few demand bargains and grievances on the schedule with management.
- Gearing up for 2023-25 contract bargaining.
- Campaign in winter quarter for more shop stewards
- Highline College Education Association: James Payton
- Wrapping up fall quarter and planning for winter. Closely following enrollment and course modality preferences from students.
- HCEA election occurred fall quarter, James Payton will continue as President for another two year term, Ben Thomas as HCEA Vice President, Douglas Avella Castro as Secretary, Sherri Chun as Treasurer. Thanks Sue Franz for her service.

- Action item a: MOVE to approve Amendment of the Highline College’s Title IX Policy and Procedure: WAC 132I-300-505 WAC 132I-300-565, and WAC 132I-300-585 through the emergency rule-making order (CR-103E, RCW 34.05.350 and 34.05.360) for 120 days, commencing on April 8, 2022.
