Area Report for Board of Trustees

The Equity, Diversity, and Transformation (EDT) Division is charged with embedding equity in everything we do at Highline College. Below are updates of the ongoing work.

Core Theme 4: CULTURE & CAPACITY: Promote a campus culture which fosters equity and inclusivity supporting employee growth and development, and institutional capacity for transformation.

• October 1 marked the deadline of our third successful FVT/GE (Financial Value Transparency/Gainful Employment) federal compliance reporting cycle.  In collaboration with the Financial Aid Office and Academic Affairs, Institutional Research submitted our student and program level data to the National Student Clearinghouse ahead of the deadline. Compliance with this reporting requirement maintains the college’s eligibility for Title IV funding and federal grants.
