Social media highlights
- Highline College’s LinkedIn reached 25,000 followers on Aug. 22
- We had a surprising amount of “organic reach” (unpaid views) on a July 29 Facebook post, which informed students of a Wilderness Biology course we offer during the summer, and photos of the class’s recent hikes. The post reached 3,400 Facebook users, about as much reach as a boosted, or paid, post usually does.
- On Twitter, the College Success Foundation mentioned Highline College in a post that described a summer orientation their scholars, who are recent high school graduates, recently attended at Highline College. The College Success Foundation Twitter account has 17,000+ followers and its post earned high engagement.
