Jesse Aspree added comments to the written report about international students in relation to VISA concerns. Currently have 468 new ISP student applications for fall as compared to fall 2023 total number of fall applications of 339. The VISA application is uncertain. Kenyan student VISAS are more challenging to receive which is 100+ of these students. Other concerns are around retention of Burmese students as we have experienced a lot of student transfers after fall quarter with our Burmese students. A similar challenge has occurred in the past with our students from Vietnam. Expect to have firmer numbers to provide in September.
