Study Session call to order: 1:05 p.m.
The chair announced that in compliance with directives from the Governor related to limited suspension of certain open public meeting act rules, no action would be taken at the special meeting.
The chair deferred approval of the minutes of the June 11, 2020 meeting.
The chair made an offer for public comment and asked the Director, Office of the President, whether any members of the pubic were in attendance on the Zoom meeting or requested public comment by written testimony. Ms. Slota stated there were no members of the public in attendance and no written testimony had been submitted.
At 1:10 pm, the chair announced that the Trustees would be adjourning to executive session to discuss the performance of a College employee, and stated that the executive session would last approximately one hour, after which the Trustees would move back into general session for the sole purpose of adjourning the meeting, with no action taken on any matter.
The Trustees remained in executive session until 2:18 pm, at which time the executive session was completed, the Trustees returned to general session and the special meeting was adjourned.
Special meeting adjourned: 2:18 p.m.
