MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ MEETING

August 14, 2003

Call to Order

Chairman Mike Emerson called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room on the fifth floor of Building 25.

Roll Call

Members Present: Michael Allan

Elizabeth Chen

Edward Davila

J. Michael Emerson

Arun Jhaveri (by telephone)

Attorney General Representative: Michael Shinn and Derek Edwards

The Board members and College President engaged in planning discussions concerning trustee goals over the next year.

Executive Session

At 10:30 a.m. the Board convened into Executive Session to discuss the performance of a public employee. At 11:05 a.m. the Board reconvened.

No action was taken.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
